1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad
We are excited to offer on behalf of one of our clients this completely restored 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad.
The Nomad is a unique and highly sought after 2 door station wagon with high end Bel Air trim and mechanicals. The car was designed to be an upscale suburban utility vehicle and its styling is simply breathtaking.
Only 6103 examples were built for 1957 and many of them were destroyed in years of family usage.
Our car here is a one owner car that has been treated to a frame off restoration about 5 years ago. Finished in stunning matador red with india ivory, the car is in wonderful collector condition and contains full originality unlike many “resto mods” in today’s market.
The original 283 cui V8 engine is coupled with a powerglide transmission and the car runs, drives and sounds simply amazing.
A true piece of American automotive history and a must have for any serious US car collection.
